If your package cannot be delivered, it will be automatically returned to us. To request a re-delivery , please email bs service@bagsmart.com .

If the item has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order, so please submit a return request once you have received your package.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for orders returned due to an incorrect or missing address . We will reship the order, but additional shipping charges will apply to reship to the correct address .
